About us

We are "The Pseudo Dopamine Centre"; a friendly community of content creatives, technology enthusiasts, and above all, gamers.
Starting off as a Discord server in 2019, TPDC was made as a chill-out space for like-minded individuals to enjoy good vibes with each other, no matter their background.

During the 2020 pandemic, we wanted an opportunity that allowed us to come together and create something amazing, whilst also benefitting the wider world around us. With this in mind, we campaigned CHILL-19 - a 19+ hour charity stream with proceeds towards COVID-19 relief.

As time went on and the member list grew, our ethos stayed and remains with us to this day: Empowering our members to continuously create exciting experiences together, whether it be through work, hobbies or play.

    Harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech will not be tolerated. Genuine banter between mates is fine as long as ALL parties in the context are comfortable.

  2. Please keep conversations on-topic with the channel.
    Self-promotion is ONLY allowed in content-general with the respective tag. Spamming WITHOUT Moderator approval (Including Direct Messages) is prohibited.
  3. Age-restricted or obscene content is prohibited.
    This includes text, images or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence or other disturbing graphic content. ANY media violating this rule will be removed.
  4. If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, contact the Moderator team.
    We want TPDC to be welcome to everyone. You deserve to have your voice heard, and we're here to help!
  5. Keep public arguments to a minimum.
    Please refrain from instigation and contact the Moderator team. You are welcome to resolve the conflict via DMs, but it won't be moderated unless we deem foul play.
  6. We kindly ask you to refrain from obscure, blank or zalgo server nicknames.
    The Moderator team reserve the right to change ANY nicknames believed to be too disruptive or difficult to mention.
  7. Please share your thoughts on us!
    As a community, we may not get everything right, but that's why we work together with our members. If you'd like to offer a suggestion, feel free to use our help-and-suggestions channel, or contact the Administrator team.
